Pininyahang Manok Recipe

I am not a professional chef but I can cook anything. I just learned it through watching a cooking show in a television like masterchef, reading a cookbook I always bought in a store and searching in the internet to find some interesting recipe. I also begin to start my baking skills but unfortunately I don't have oven (to follow pa, sana). Everytime I cooked, I want it to be perfect and delicious para naman masarapan ang mga kakain. Kahit na hindi bongga ang mga niluluto ko ay masarap naman. 


Before, I don't even know how to cooked but through learning process I learned a lot. And now, I can say that magaling na ako magluto ng kahit ano. Pero mas maraming mas magagaling pa sa akin. And now I can share you guys, my pininyahang manok. A very common dish dahil madaling iluto at mura lang ang mga ingredients. Masarap itong iulam sa kanin kahit anong oras o kaya ay gawing pulutan at papakin. Parepareho lang ang mga ingredients nito kaya depende na lang sa mga titikim kung alin ang mas masarap. I cooked this for our dinner last night. 


     1 kl. chicken  (i used thigh and breast part)
     1 pineapple fruits (i used fresh pineapple)
     1 big carrots
     2 big bellpepper (red and green)
     gata (kakang gata at pangalawang piga)
     onion and garlic
     ginger 
     salt and pepper to taste

     Simple lang din ang pagluto nito. Just saute the onion, garlic and ginger then add the chicken and cooked until brown. Pour in the gata, ung pangalawang piga at hintaying kumulo. Kapag kumulo na idagdag ang fresh pineapple and then ang unang piga ng gata. Add the  carrots and cooked for another minutes. Lastly, add the bellpepper and season with salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy. 





Medyo madilim lang ang kuha ng camera ko, pero masarap yan. Hindi ko na naiplate dahil gutom na kami, kaya pagkaluto pa lang ay kain na agad.
